Jack holds a B.S. in Business from New York University and spent the years from 1970 through 1999 as President of several large courier and trucking firms in New York City. He began investing in Texas real estate in the early 1980's, involved with multi-family, commercial and student housing in Austin, Texas. Since then he has continued to invest and acquire assets in all areas of Texas, both multi-family as well as commercial and continues in his interest to aquire assets. Jack invests his own equity into each and every acquisition, and has a continued working relationship with many major lenders including L.J. Melody & Co., Arbor Commercial Mortgage, Crimmie Mae, Red Capital Group, American Express Financial, Wachovia Securities and Sun America Life Insurance to name a few.

Greg is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and in addition, holds a Master Peace Officers License from the State of Texas. He oversees the operations of each asset as an owner, and through his vice-president's and regional staff, he oversees the onsite management company's operations. In addition, he runs the newly formed development arm of the company which has plans to develop retail, office and residential projects in the very near future. Greg also personally invests his own equity into all of our acquisitions. Greg was awarded a Purple Heart in 1997 after being wounded in the line of duty as a police officer and currently holds the rank of Deputy Chief with a major metropolitan law enforcement agency in Texas and is still very active in law enforcement.
